Hi Volunteers,
The winter season is just around the corner and we are working on plans for all of our upcoming events. We will be helping at the Mammoth Tuff again this year and are looking for volunteers. We will be sending out more volunteer opportunities closer to the winter season as well. Thank you for your time and energy!
Mammoth Tuff Bar
ESAC is helping host a bar at the registration and finish line area during the Mammoth Tuff. This is open to the public as well as racers, with music acts at various times. Shifts are:
- Friday, Sept 12: 1:45 – 4:45pm (1 person needed)
- Friday, Sept 12: 4:30 – 7:30pm (2 people needed)
- Saturday, Sept 13: 11:45am – 3:45pm (1 person needed)
- Saturday, Sept 13: 3:30 – 7:30pm (2 people needed)
Please email [email protected] with your name, phone number, date and time of shift you are available, and any questions you have. Volunteers must be 21 years or older. Feel free to sign up with a friend or family member as well!
If you aren’t able to volunteer but want to share with friends or stop by for a drink, any support is appreciated!
