FINAL UPDATE: U.S. 395 and State Route 203 are open as of 5:07 pm on 2/13.
UPDATE: Caltrans District 9 and CHP are in the process of FULLY REOPENING U.S. 395 between Bishop and June Lake, and State Route 203. Once the highway reopens, there will be chain control restrictions. Drivers are advised to SLOW DOWN on wet pavement.
