TOML TOT Starts Soon
Starting January 1, 2025, the Town of Mammoth Lakes transient occupancy tax (TOT) rate will increase to 15% for all reservations (booked beginning January 1, 2025). The Town recognizes the potential for challenges and has put in place a transition plan to support lodging operators managing existing bookings. The Town Council will discuss fund allocation at a public meeting on January 15, offering an opportunity for input from the community.
