Dear Mammoth Lakes Lover,

I hope this letter finds you in great spirits. My name is Coach Allyson Tapley, and I am writing on behalf of some of the Mammoth High cheerleaders. We are thrilled to share some exciting news with you: your local MHS Cheer team has been invited to perform at the prestigious Citrus Bowl! This is an AMAZING opportunity for them to showcase their talent on a national field and represent our community and town with pride.

This invitation to the Citrus Bowl is a testament to their hard work and commitment. However, attending such a high-profile event comes with significant expenses, including travel, lodging, uniforms, and other essential costs.

We are reaching out to supporters like YOU to help make this dream a reality for these girls. Your contribution will directly support our efforts to cover these expenses and ensure that we can participate in this unforgettable experience. As the new Cheer Director at MHS, I’m here to spark some serious “Dream Big!” vibes! Just because we live in a cozy little town doesn’t mean our dreams have to be little. Cheer and dance can go well beyond high school—hello, college scholarships and NFL cheer squads! I snagged my college ride thanks to dance, and I want all our cheerleaders (old and young) to see the endless horizons waiting for them in their cheer and dance journeys!

Here are some of the specific areas where your support will make a difference:

Travel Costs: Transportation to and from the Citrus Bowl 

Lodging: Accommodation expenses 

Uniforms: Special uniforms and gear for the event 

Meals: Food and refreshments during our stay 

We are seeking to raise a total of $15,000 by November 15th, 2024, and any amount you can contribute will be enormously appreciated. This is a once in a lifetime opportunity for these cheerleaders.
