State Route 127 Remains Closed Due to Flood Damage
INYO COUNTY — State Route 127 in San Bernardino and Inyo counties will remain closed until emergency repairs are complete on the highway. The road was closed Friday, September 1, between the town of Baker and Tecopa Hot Springs Road due to flooding that severely cracked and damaged several sections of the highway. Caltrans asks that drivers do not attempt to get around the closures in place.
Caltrans District 8 San Bernardino will issue an emergency work order to repair the road and inquiries about its progress can be directed to the District 8 Public Information Office at (909) 383-4631.
