Red Flag Warning Issued

The National Weather Service issued a red flag warning across the Eastern Sierra in effect from Friday morning through Saturday evening. Southwest winds 20 to 30 mph with gusts to 40 to 50 mph. Any fires that develop have the potential to spread rapidly; outdoor burning is not recommended at this time.
What to do during a Power Outage? Be prepared:
- Report LADWP outages by calling 1-800-992-8331 (Monday-Friday 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.) and (833) 325-2397 after hours.
- Register for Inyo County’s official alert system at ready.inyocounty.us.
- Remember that our first priority is safety. Our crews and first responders must ensure conditions are safe before beginning any power restoration work.
