Paradox Fitness Begins First Phase of New Outdoor Space

Friends –

Many of you know that recently this past year, I opened up a 24 hour gym, Paradox Fitness, in the beautiful Bishop, CA. Several of you are members here already and we are so grateful to have you here and hope to continue building upon a beautiful space for you to pursue your health and fitness goals.

I’m reaching out to tell you about a project that we have begun the early planning for and to ask for your help to bring it into the world. We’ve told several of you about this project over the last few months and we are really excited to announce that the first phase is here.

Paradox Fitness is adding an OUTDOOR SPACE! Our goal with this space is to add a unique option and more variety for different workout styles. Our mission is to have a well rounded facility, with choices that fit a wide range of fitness interests. An outdoor space not only provides a refreshing space to workout, but also expands the options for your workouts, including equipment such as extra large tires, turf sleds, battle ropes, and more! Being outdoors is great for our health, and we can’t wait to combine both vitamin D and exercise in one location.

The project is projected to begin in the spring of 2025. The space will utilize our outdoor fenced area to the left of our back entrance. We will be installing turf, outdoor bars/strength equipment, investing in a turf sled and extra large tires, as well as a few additional weights and strength accessories that fit this outdoor workout experience. In addition, we will be installing a semi-permanent shade structure in order to keep the rays at bay (but the workouts still fire!)

We are investing our own money and we’ve already had some helpful donations to put towards this project. We would love your help to fund the groundbreaking on this next phase of Paradox Fitness. The main budget is for 1) Turf and installation supplies 2) equipment suited for outdoor use 3) shade structure for the outdoor space.

We are beyond grateful for a contribution of any size, or even just sharing the link to your friends and family, to help us bring this project to the community of Bishop and beyond.
