New Airport Flyer Express Service Connects Mammoth Lakes to Regional Airports

Eastern Sierra Transit Authority has launched the new Airport Flyer Express, a regional transit service connecting Mammoth Lakes directly to both Bishop and Mammoth airports for $10 per seat. The Airport Flyer Express service runs now through early September on Thursdays, Saturdays, and Sundays, with both routes timed to align with flight schedules at their destination airports. The Bishop Airport (BIH) route operates one roundtrip per day with stops at The Village, Mammoth Lakes Park & Ride, Crowley Lake, and Bishop Vons. The Mammoth Yosemite Airport (MMH) operates two roundtrips per operating day, with stops at The Village and Mammoth Lakes Park & Ride.
This pilot program is designed to increase awareness and utilization of the service, reduce transportation barriers for visitors and residents, and enhance the overall travel experience from arrival to destination. By creating additional connections between air service and Mammoth Lakes, the Airport Flyer Express supports regional mobility, strengthens the Eastern Sierra transportation network, and contributes to the continued growth and success of air travel to our destination.
