Native American Heritage Month Strut Your Stuff School Assemblies
This Thursday!
AkaMya will be facilitating the 2023 Native American Heritage Month, STRUT YOUR STUFF! School assemblies.
This is in collaboration with the Bishop Indian Education Center!
We are also putting out an all-call to any pow wow/Numu Dancers from Bishop Elementary to join us as we celebrate together. Bring your regalia and Strut Your Stuff this Thursday morning.
Assembly 1- 8:30am

Also, For those that have been inspired by all the recent local events or want to start learning/practicing, we have our weekly Pow Wow Night every Tues. & Wed. 6pm at the Margaret L. Romero Cultural Studio.
