Michael Masuda Advances to Challenge McClintock in the General
[Modesto CA – 6/03/2026] – Michael Masuda, Congressional Candidate for CA-05, has released thefollowing statement regarding yesterday’s Primary results:
“I am so incredibly humbled and proud to be a candidate for CA-05. The heart of my campaign is built on grassroots organizing and volunteer power. Our team has worked hard over the last year to get to this point, and we are looking forward to continuing this campaign through November. This is my home and I believe our neighbors deserve a representative who champions policies that make the lives of everyone better.
Thank you to the hundreds of volunteers who have helped grow our presence in the community. I am also deeply grateful to my loving, supportive wife and family, who continue to rally around our shared vision for this district. I look forward to debating Representative McClintock before November. Until then, you can find me knocking on doors, hosting town halls across the district, and meeting people where they are.”
