Rhonda Duggan
It is my honor to serve as the incumbent Mono County Supervisor for District 2. As one of the largest geographic regions of the County, District 2 is proud of its diversity and unique character. Our communities share a great love for the Eastern Sierra, and a fierce pride in securing it’s future.
Loran Kitts
I was raised on a farm that my father leased from the Yakima Indian nation. As a youngster, my playmates were native American or Spanish farm workers. My ties to the native community are strong. I was in the trucking business until I was hired by Mono Public works in 1999 and assigned to the Benton road shop. I worked in many parts of Mono County for 17 years. l spent most of time on Benton crossing road doing snow removal and repairs. I joined White Mountain fire in 1999 and served as chief for 3 years. I currently serve as an ambulance driver/EMT.
