Mammoth Mountain Weekly Bike Report

Following a slow start due to higher-than-expected snow levels, things quickly ramped up in the Bike Park this season and allowed us to complete dozens of repair projects following the record-breaking winter of 22/23. With close to 100% of our trail network opened by late July, the season was full-on. It was special to put our tires back on trails like Velociraptor and Bullet, since those were either buried last summer or saw all their features crushed by the weight of the snow.

Trail crew continued to work hard this past week and was able to rake and buff out a good chunk of our trail network for our closing weekend. Pipeline received a little extra TLC with the rebuilding of lower berms and watering of the jumps. Closing day for the Bike Park is Sunday, and weather looks perfect, so we hope you can enjoy some final laps and we can’t wait to see everyone back on the dirt next summer.
