Let It Storm

Winter is in full swing and Mother Nature is delivering some serious snowfall for the holidays. We will be in a heavy storm cycle through the New Year with the potential for 5 feet or more of snow. Blizzard conditions, strong winds and extensive avalanche mitigation work across the mountain will impact lift operations the next few days. Please check the lift and trail status status page for real time operating information. Whenever possible, utilize Mammoth Lakes’ free public transportation and check road conditions and chain controls before getting on the road.

While fresh snow is one of the most exciting parts of skiing and snowboarding, Snow Immersion Suffocation (SIS) is a reality. Ski and ride with a buddy and keep your buddy in sight at all times.
