Local Support From Mammoth Lakes

1. Town of Mammoth Lakes

The Town of Mammoth Lakes has organized a Fire Relief Donation Drive at LA Kings Ice at Mammoth Lakes operating within the Community Recreation Center (CRC), located at 686 Old Mammoth Road every day from 12-8pm. Your donation will make a huge difference in helping our southern neighbors recover and rebuild. For a list of accepted donations, visit the Town’s website.

2. Distant Brewing

Distant Brewing is taking action to support those affected by the recent L.A. fires. Throughout January, every dollar spent on Distant stickers will be matched by the brewery, with all proceeds from sticker sales—plus the matched donations—going directly to GlobalGiving’s California Wildfire Relief Fund.

A donation button has also been added to the point-of-sale system for anyone who wants to contribute beyond sticker purchases. At the end of the month, 100% of the funds raised will be donated to support wildfire relief efforts, showcasing Distant Brewing’s commitment to helping impacted communities.

3. The Warming Hut

The Warming Hut, a family-owned and operated restaurant in Mammoth Lakes, is offering a 15% discount to all fire evacuees. Known for serving fresh, real food in a cozy and fun environment, The Hut is extending its heartfelt support to those impacted by the recent L.A. fires. “Los Angeles friends, family, guests—you are our second community, and our hearts are breaking for you,” they shared on social media. “The Hut, and Mammoth as a whole, is here for you with open arms during these tragic times and always.”

4. Restore 395

Restore 395, a trusted name in water and fire damage restoration, is expanding its services to Los Angeles to assist those impacted by the recent fires. Monetary Donations

L.A. Chamber Small Business Disaster Recovery Fund

Business to Business. Help support small businesses–the backbone of our country–in rebuilding after the devasting L.A. County wildfires.

Los Angeles Fire Department Foundation

Proceeds from this foundation will be used for equipping firefighters with tools and supplies to contain the fires.

California Community Foundation’s Wildfire Recovery 

Contributions will go toward the most impacted and the most vulnerable Angelenos who can be overlooked in traditional relief efforts.

American Red Cross

Every donation better enables the Red Cross to respond to and help residents recover from this disaster
