Haunted Ice Rink TODAY! (10/25)

Join Parks and Recreation for some spooky family fun at The Haunted Ice Rink from 4-7pm TODAY, Friday, October 25 at LA Kings Ice at Mammoth Lakes. Ice skating begins at 4pm with a 5-year-old and younger costume contest at 4:30pm. Games and spooky activities run from 5:15-6:15pm with a 6-year-old and older costume contest at 6:15pm. Entry fee is only $5 and includes ice skating plus skate rentals/helmet. Non-skating adults are FREE!

Upcoming Community Coffee ON October 31

The next Community Coffee will be on Thursday, October 31 at 8:30am. Do not miss this special Halloween Community Coffee featuring Dawn Johnson, Warning Coordination Meteorologist from the National Weather Service in Reno who is joining us for a Pre-Winter weather presentation! New this month, we will be using an online platform called Mobilozophy to distribute codes only attendees may redeem for free coffee and tea drinks. To join the Community on October 31 at 8:30am. This event will be held webinar-style. Stick around for trivia as usual; we will be giving away a Mammoth Lakes Gift Card to the winner.

Wooden Street Sign Auction Closes October 31

The Mammoth Lakes Street Sign Auction remains open for bidding until Thursday, October 31, 2024. Own a piece of Mammoth Lakes history by purchasing a Town of Mammoth Lakes old wooden street sign. All proceeds benefit recreation programming and the Tony Colasardo Scholarship Fund

Parks and Recreation Fall Promotions and Events

The Winter Skate Membership is on sale for 50% OFF until Thursday, October 31 and includes ALL public skate sessions from October 3 to April 20. Prices will increase in November. Halloween Costume Public Skate at LA Kings Ice at Mammoth Lakes on Wednesday, October 30. Entry fee is $9 and includes ice skating plus skate rentals/helmet. Non-skating adults are FREE!
