The Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act (WIOA) On-the-Job Training Program helps you train the right workers to meet your requirements. This program assists employers with the costs of hiring and training new and advancing employees by offering financial reimbursement of up to 50% of the employee’s wages during the training period.

The California Rebuilding Fund is a loan program to support California’s small businesses—especially those located in economically disadvantaged and historically under-banked areas of the state.
