Customer Service Workshops
The Mammoth Lakes Chamber of Commerce Customer Service Workshops are taking place November 16 and 17. We offer these trainings before every winter season so we can gear up our staff for a busy season and keep excellent customer service top of mind!
Our Manager Training luncheon, taking place on November 16 at noon, is specifically geared for owners and managers. Our speaker will focus on leveraging each employees genius to create a highly functional and motivated team.

This season’s Frontline Customer Service Workshops will teach frontline workers how to rapidly connect with customers and clients in authentic, compelling ways so that work is more fulfilling and fun. These sessions are free for anyone to attend and participants will be entered into a raffle to win gift cards to local businesses!
Participating businesses who send frontline employees will be entered into a drawing (one ticket per attending employee) to win (2) private coaching sessions with our speaker.

The Business Excellence Awards Gala takes place on November 10th at 5:30 pm.
The Dos Alas Ribbon Cutting takes place on November 18th at 4:00 pm.
