Summer Triple Cruising into Stores
Summer Triple will be sending it into stores on June 5th. Keep your eyes out for this summertime favorite on your next visit! Our Summer Triple is crafted with a Belgian Abbey yeast known for its fruity and spicy-clove flavor profile, coupled with the addition of bitter orange peel and coriander during fermentation. The notes of oranges complimented by yeast driven complexity and a refreshing finish pairs perfectly with summer sunsets after a fun filled day exploring the mountains of the Eastern Sierra. As you pour a glass, this bright, golden-orange brew with a pillowy white head will captivate all your senses. Your nose will be greeted by the spicy and fruity esters from abbey yeast, along with a touch of orange peel and coriander. Your first few sips will tantalize the taste buds! First, a wash of sweet fruit, spice and orange peel, followed by the more nuanced malt and hop character bursting to life – smooth caramel, stone fruit and light earthy and floral twang from Tettnanger hops. This brew should be poured into a tulip glass for the fullest experience!

The Brewers’ Hall, located on the second floor of our Tasting Room, boasts incredible mountain views and can accommodate up to 180 guests. Our Beer Garden is a charming seasonal outdoor setting located in front of our Tasting Room, where your guests can enjoy the beauty of the Sherwin Mountains and fresh mountain air.
