Presiding Inyo County Superior Court Judge Stephen M. Place administered oaths of office to  returning District 2 Supervisor Jeff Griffiths, returning District 4 Supervisor Jennifer Roeser, and  brand-new District 5 Supervisor Will Wadelton. Roeser, an Independence resident, and Griffiths, a resident of Bishop, bested both of their respective  challengers in the March Primary. Roeser is starting her second term and Griffiths, his fourth.

The newly sworn-in trio will join Supervisors Trina Orrill and Scott Marcellin for the first Board meeting  of the year on Tuesday, January 7.
