Flooding on U.S. 395 in Bishop
ATTN DRIVERS: A small portion of U.S. 395 in Bishop is flooded due to clogged drains. Caltrans District 9 stormwater crews are working to unclog the system. Drivers can use Fowler to West Jay Street or 3rd Street to East Jay Street to get around the water.
