Eastern Sierra Business Resource Center to Host 5-Month Leadership Development Program for Inyo and Mono County Businesses Starting in September

Are you a business or community leader ready to level up your impact? Apply before August 29 to grow your leadership skills with local leadership coach, JaRae Birkeland.

What:
Join a dynamic 5-month Leadership Development Program designed to help Eastern Sierra leaders amplify their influence, build stronger teams, and lead with purpose.

When:

  • Kickoff: September 23, 2025 | 8:30 AM – 4:30 PM

  • Following sessions: October 7, 21, November 4, December 16 | 4:00 – 8:00 PM

  • Final session: January 6, 2026 | 8:30 AM – 4:30 PM

  • Deadline to apply: August 29. Apply here.

Cost:
$200

Scholarships available based on qualifying factors and financial need – indicate interest on application. Tuition for the program has been subsidized by a Catalyst grant from Sierra Jobs First through the Eastern Sierra Council of Governments.
