CSA#1 Fall Classes Schedule
CSA#1 is pleased to present the Fall line up of classes starting next week.
Petra Gordon will add another day to her morning Vinyasa Flow Yoga sessions, so you can look forward to that on both Mondays and Wednesdays. Tessa Coker is back and will teach morning Pilates as well as evening Yin Yoga. Melissa Alonzo will offer her six-week Strength and Conditioning class to prepare you for another fantastic season on the Mountain. Additionally, Deborah Shubnell will continue her popular Reiki classes and meditation sessions. There’s truly something for everyone!
All CSA#1 class participants must fill out our Release of Liability Waiver prior to participation. Click the link below to complete yours, and as usual, this form will be valid for ALL classes and workshops for the 2024 year, meaning if you’ve already signed it this calendar year, you do not need to complete another one.
