Come Hike With Us This Weekend!
Queer Community Science and Botany Hike, Saturday May 17th, allies welcomed and encouraged!

This easy hike will start at 9am, and end around noon. Please bring ample water, around 1L, and appropriate hiking shoes and sun protective gear, including hats, long sleeves, pants, and/or sunscreen. The trail is a road of mixed pavement, gravel, and dirt, and not ADA compliant to our knowledge.
This hike will center around learning how to use community science to learn about plants, animals, and fungi, and will be lead by botanist and natural historian, Richard Rachman (he/him/his). He will teach us how to take quality pictures with our cell phones, and how to use the app iNaturalist. Please have iNaturalist downloaded on your phone prior to the hike.
