Caltrans Hosts Open House for Manor Market Complete Streets Project

BISHOP — The public is invited to an open house meeting hosted by Caltrans for the upcoming Manor Market Complete Streets Project. The open house will give members of the community the opportunity to speak with subject matter experts about the project, see the current design plan, and leave comments with the design team.

The meeting information is as follows:

  • What: Manor Market Complete Streets Project Open House
  • When: December 10, 2025, from 5:30 pm – 6:30 pm
  • Where: Jill Kinmont Boothe School, 166 Grandview Road, Bishop, CA 93514

The Manor Market Complete Streets Project aims to improve travel for pedestrians and bicyclists along State Route 168 W between Barlow Lane and Meadow Lane. Elements of the project include new sidewalks, a crosswalk with a pedestrian-activated flashing beacon, and Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) compliant curb ramps and driveways.
