Caltrans Closing Mono County Mountain Pass Roads Ahead of Potential Snowstorm
FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE
MONO COUNTY — With an unstable weather pattern in the forecast for the Eastern Sierra, Caltrans will close north State Route 89 (Monitor Pass), State Route 108 (Sonora Pass), and State Route 120 W to Yosemite this afternoon.
· State Route 89 will close at noon.
· State Route 108 will close at 2:00 pm.
· State Route 120 W will close at 4:00 pm.
All three roads will be assessed for reopening following tonight’s storm.
