Bronco Varsity Girls Soccer Hosts Preseason Game Against St. Genevieve
On Friday, December 2, 2022 Bishop Union High School Varsity Girls Soccer team hosted a preseason game against St. Genevieve High School out of Panorama City. In the first half JuliAnna Jackson scored the first point of the game. Alyssa Buchholz got the assist. In the second half St. Genevieve scored two points within three minutes to take the lead. Final score ended with Bishop Broncos 1, St Genevieve 2.
Head Coach Bill Dailey said he is very proud of how his team played against a private school who’s players all played club Soccer. Coach Dailey said the Lady Broncos put up a great fight against a great team. The out come of the game could have gone either way.
The lady Broncos thank St Genevieve for traveling to Bishop and their great sportsmanship. Best of luck in their season.
For the last home preseason game, the lady Broncos will host Golden Valley High School girls soccer team Tuesday, December 6 at 4:30 pm. Come on out and support your varsity girls soccer team.
