Bishop Little League Baseball Loses to Canyon Country and San Marino National
Saturday:
We had a tough loss this morning against Canyon Country. We lost 4 to 3 with a walk-off walk. Our boys played outstanding and have every reason to hold their heads high going into tomorrow morning’s game at 9am. No doubt at all we are the better team and I believe we will get a chance to show that later in the tournament. Tomorrow we will be playing the winner San Marino and Crescenta Valley.
Sunday:
Good afternoon. Unfortunately our tournament was cut short today losing to San Marino National 5 to 4 in the seventh inning. Our boys played their hearts out and did amazing. As the manager, I own all responsibility for these close losses. The talent on this team is extraordinary and Bishop has an exciting future for high school ball as 11 of our 14 are headed to BUHS. Thank you all for your support.
