Bishop Broncos Varsity Baseball Defeat Cal City 13-12 in Sixth Inning Comeback

The Broncos came away with the win over the Cal City Ravens 13-12 in comeback fashion, scoring 6 runs in the bottom of the 6th inning to take the lead. Bishop posted solid numbers at the plate with a combined 18 team hits, 7 being for extra bases.

Knox Moffett in mid relief allowed 5 runs in 2 innings, 3 hits, 1K, 3BBs, 1HBP.
Aiden Frechette came in to close out the game and the final 2 innings of work, allowed 2 runs on 2 hits, 1K, 1BB.
Reuben Nicholson caught 3 runners trying to steal.
Mike Trejo with a strong throw from shallow centerfield to throw a runner out at home.
Bishop will travel to Boron to take on the Bobcats this Friday.
