Bishop Broncos JV Softball Defeat South High 17-5

The Bronco JV Softball team defeated South High School 17-5 on March 13, 2024, in Bakersfield.

This was a great team win for the Broncos as 14 players contributed during the game. There were many standouts in this game, the most notable being Jillian Wolfe, Tannyr Ludwick and Ginger Lowden.  Jillian pitched 6 innings, gave up 5 runs and struck out 11.  Tannyr was solid behind the plate and offensively was 5-5 in including 3 singles, 1 double, 1 triple, and 7 RBI’s. Ginger had 3 base hits, 2 stolen bases and scored 3 runs.

• Sophie Dishion: 2 singles, a double, 3 stolen bases and scored 3 runs
• Jillian Wolfe: Scored 3 runs

• Sophia Stanley: scored 1 run
• Jocelyn Flores: stolen base
