Tioga Pass Opening and Yosemite Access
Tioga Pass to OPEN Friday, May 27th at 9am!
Tioga Pass in to Yosemite National Park is expected to fully reopen on Friday, May 27th at 9:00am!
When Tioga Road reopens this Friday and we once again have access to Yosemite National Park, please don’t forget that a reservation is required to drive into or through Yosemite between 6:00am and 4:00pm through September 30th. For more information on reservations, please visit go.nps.gov/reserve.
Don’t have a reservation and want to enter the park during the hours of 6am and 4pm? Take the YARTS shuttle bus that leaves daily from Mammoth Lakes, June Lake and Lee Vining from June 15th to October 15th and twice daily from July 1st to August 31st. Your YARTS bus ticket includes the Yosemite entrance reservation and the gate entrance fee into Yosemite National Park. Purchase your YARTS bus tickets at YARTS.com
Visitor Pass Thru Yosemite National Park
NEW Visitor Pass Thru This Year: You will still need a reservation even if just passing thru during the hours of 6am to 4pm!
All visitors wanting to come into the park, whether to spend the day or pass through, need a peak hours reservation between the hours of 6:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. during the reservation period (May 20- September 30). Pass thru drivers will still need to pay the entrance fee.
