Coach McLaughlin here with some 2022 tips and goal setting guide:
There are exactly 52 Mondays in 2022 – 52 different fresh starts to the work week. What if you made it a priority to do something for yourself every single Monday for the next year? •If you took a 20 minute walk every Monday for a whole year, that’s an extra 1,040 minutes of movement. Roughly 52 miles! •
If you decided to do a 30 minute workout of any kind every single Monday, you’d be adding an extra 26 hours of exercise. •If every Monday you wrote down 10 things you were grateful for, you’d have 520 things to look back on and be grateful for at the end of the year. Mondays are so significant. I guarantee what you start on a Monday will lead into what you start doing on a Tuesday, Wednesday, and sooner or later it’s what you start doing for the rest of your life! Be intentional today and everyday!
