Come bird with us at ESLT’s Black Lake Preserve in celebration of World Migratory Bird Day! Black Lake is a rare desert wetland north of Benton in Adobe Valley that is an important stopover site for migratory birds. The alkali lakes and wetlands in Adobe Valley provide a great environment for our feathered friends to rest and refuel during migration.
Want to spot incredible migrating birds this spring? Join ESLT and the Eastern Sierra Audubon Society (ESAS) for a morning of birdwatching at a rare sparkling wetland in Adobe Valley – ESLT’s Black Lake Preserve. In honor of World Migratory Bird Day, we will learn all about the migrating species that visit this lake and those that call it home.
