MONO COUNTY, Calif. (SEPTEMBER 1, 2023) – Earlier today, Sandra Moberly, Mono County Administrative Officer (CAO), announced selecting Christine Bouchard to serve as Mono County Assistant CAO.  Ms. Bouchard has more than 18 years of experience in streamlining office operations, managing budgets, and driving public sector teams to success.  As Assistant CAO, Ms. Bouchard will assist CAO Moberly with planning, organizing, reviewing, managing, and supervising all County government functions.

“Ms. Bouchard has an impressive background and extensive experience in county government, and we are excited to welcome her to the Mono County team,” said Supervisor Rhonda Duggan, Chair of the Mono County Board of Supervisors.  “I look forward to her partnership as she supports CAO Moberly and the Board of Supervisors in leading Mono County into its next chapter.”

Ms. Bouchard has extensive public sector experience, including serving in various roles for Santa Cruz County, Monterey County, San Joaquin County, Calaveras County and Amador County.  Bouchard most recently served as Administrative Services Manager for the Santa Cruz Port District.  Bouchard will assume the role effective October 2, 2023.

“I am a passionate public service professional committed to driving organizational success through exceptional administrative support and innovative office management procedures,” said Bouchard.  “I look forward to working with the Mono County team to foster interdepartmental collaboration, and further enhance the exceptional customer service that the County is known for.”

Ms. Bouchard attended Modesto Junior College and Virginia Beach Business School, and served 4 years in the United States Navy.
