Cerro Coso Honors Students in Commencement Ceremonies

Cerro Coso Community College is celebrating the success of nearly 600 students who earned their Associates Degrees or Certificates in 2023.

Hundreds of friends and family members gathered at the Raymond A. McClue Athletic Complex on May 12 to celebrate graduates from the Ridgecrest campus and our East Kern Center.

On May 5^th,  a separate ceremony was held for our Eastern Sierra College Center graduates at our Bishop Campus.

In total, 581 students graduated in the class of 2023. A breakdown by campus and award type is included below.

“I am proud what the class of 2023 has accomplished, and the work they have put in to reach this milestone” said Cerro Coso President Dr. Sean Hancock. “Our students succeeded. They set goals and accomplished them. They passed the tests, finished the papers, and overcame obstacles to reach this important milestone. I am so excited to see where their journeys take them next.”
