Bishop’s boys’ varsity team defeated Rosamond with a score of 15/0.
Diego Honda won his third league race in a time of 18:06 over the 5,000-meter course,
Ashley Fitt won her third league race in a time of 21:32 over the 5,000-meter course.
Here are the results for the 42nd Asics/Clovis Cross Country Invitational 10/9
Girls Small School Division:
Ashley Fitt placed 31th out of a total of 176 runners in the small schools’ division race.
Her time was a PR 20:20.5 over the 5000 meter Woodward Park Course.
Boys Small School Division:
Diego Honda placed 20th out of a total of 170 runners in the small schools’ division race. His time was a PR 16:48.9 on the Woodward Park 5,000-meter course.
Kyle Schaniel ran a PR of 17:36.5
Alexander Adkins ran a PR of 18:07.9
Ezra Spoonhunter ran a PR of 18:28
Denzel Gomez ran a PR of 19:04.9
Steven Veenker ran a PR of 20:04.5
Alex Eide ran a PR of 21:32.7
The boys’ varsity team placed 11th out of 24 of the best teams from all over the state.
