Cardio Bootcamp with Coach Ashley McLaughlin
Cardio Bootcamp will begin Saturday April 9th @8:30am and will run for 8 weeks. I will only be taking 10 participants for this bootcamp session.
PiYo classes will resume Monday April 11th @6pm at the City Auditorium. Must sign up online and ahead of time to join the class.
As always I’m offering monthly/weekly nutrition coaching where you get access to healthy recipes, meal plans, support, and much more.
