Stand-Up Paddle Yoga at Silver Lake

Connect to your wild thing under Horsetail Falls and Carson Peak when you enjoy a Stand-Up Paddle Yoga session with Y.E.S Yoga Eastern Sierra at Silver Lake on the June Lake Loop. We prepare all your SUPyoga and safety supplies prior to your arrival! You show up, get out, do yoga, and be free!

Each 90 minute Stand-Up Paddle (SUP) Yoga session includes:

  • Intro to Paddle Technique
  • Warm Up Paddle Tour of Silver Lake
  • SUPyoga Gentle Flow for Strength & Balance
  • SUPboard, Paddle, Leash
  • Lifevest, Drybag, Sunglass String
  • Anchor System to Stay in Place during Practice!

Sessions launch from Silver Lake Day Use Area on the June Lake Loop (CA-158) and anchor for yoga practice under views of raging waterfalls and bald eagle home tree! Enjoy the wild and expansive openness of the Eastern Sierra while connecting to the rhythm of nature!

Fees/Admission

$55 per person/session for Saturday sessions July – August.
Must register to attend. All supplies provided!

$250 per privately scheduled session (groups up to 5 people)
Availability for privately scheduled SUPyoga sessions includes Mon – Friday, Sunday mornings.
